About this Trip
Experience the thrilling sport of whitewater kayaking with a private guide. You'll start by learning the strokes and techniques required to maneuver in white water and safely navigate fast-moving rivers. With the basics down, we'll start running rapids, building confidence and comfort as we dial up the intensity and excitement, always under the close supervision of top-tier whitewater instructors.

+ Closed-toed shoes that can get wet (not sandals)
+ Water bottle that can clip to a carabiner
+ Weather appropriate layers (no cotton). Polyester clothing is great. Long sleeves and pants recommended if forecast is below 23 degrees.

Additional Information
Participants should be at least 12 years old and have reasonable swimming skills.

All Get Out whitewater programs are led by experienced whitewater paddling guides with appropriate first aid and rescue training.
